The piece has been reupholstered in an Oriental-inspired fabric by Rubelli, Venice.

The seat has been re-webbed and has a new, regulation-compliant foam cushion, housed in FR cotton calico.

The wood has been cleaned and then traditionally waxed and buffed to a subtle sheen.
